Registration Process
*Register as soon as you make class decisions
because classes will fill quickly.
*Complete the registration form and return it with
applicable tuition and administrative fees to Triad
Kids Campus.
*Once registered for class, Triad students remain in
their assigned class and time until you request a
class change or complete a drop notice. Payment is
due on the 1st of each month. If payment is
not received before the 10th of each month a $15
late fee will be added to your bill. If payment
falls 15 days past due, your child will be removed
from the class list.
*New Students: Your registration will be accepted
anytime. You will be placed in classes as space
allows. Tuition will be pro-rated if you start
after the first week of class. If new students
would prefer
a full class, they will be placed on a wait list and
notified when a space becomes available.
General Policies
Administrative Fee:
This annual $25 administrative fee defrays
office/administrative and insurance
costs. Families with 2 or more children enrolled in
Triad will pay a maximum administration fee of $50.
This fee is paid upon initial registration and each
12 months thereafter.
Missed Classes:
Make-up classes are not available. There will be NO
make-ups or
refunds for classes unattended.
No Refunds: Once enrolled in a class, tuition and
fees are non-refundable.
All credit requests are subject to a $5 processing
fee. Credits will be
honored for one year.
10% Family Discount:
For those families with more than one child enrolled
at Triad, only one tuition
in your family pays full price. All second, third, fourth, etc. tuition
of equal or lesser value are
discounted a full 10%. If a student would like to
attend a second class a week and wants to
guarantee the class they want before the term
tuition priority date, they will receive a 10%
discount
on the second class tuition.
Tuition Payment Methods:
Triad Kids Campus accepts: cash, check, Visa,
MasterCard, or Discover. Tuition may be paid via
mail, in person at the front desk, or over the
telephone with a credit card. There will be a $20
handling charge on all returned checks.
Automatic Electronic Payments:
We have the ability to automatically debit your
checking or
savings account or to automatically charge your
credit card. If this is an option you would like to
take
advantage of, please ask the front desk for the
appropriate paperwork.
Registering For a Class That Has Already Begun:
If you enter after the month has started,
class fees will be prorated for the portion of the
month that you will be attending.
Cancellations:
In the event of inclement weather, Triad will always
try to remain open. If you are
uncertain, please feel free to call the gym or check
the Triad website.
School Year Schedule and Summer Schedule:
We have a year round program divided into two
sessions. Our school year program will run from
September through May.
As of September 2008,
tuition will be on a monthly basis due on the 1st
of the month and is based on flat monthly rates. If
you should receive five classes during the month
instead of four there will be no extra charge
although
it will be considered a balancing factor for those
month when Triad Kids Campus is closed for
holidays. Over the course of a year this averages
out nicely and we hope this will be a far less
confusing payment arrangement for
everyone concerned.
Enrollment:
Triad Kids Campus reserves the right to cancel
classes that do not have a minimum
number of students enrolled.
In the event that only one student is in attendance
for a
class on any given day, the class length that day
will be 1/2 the scheduled time.
