Tom Moretti
Owner,
USAG Team
Co-Director, Facility
Manager
Tom is originally form Irvington,
New York and has been involved in sports
all
of his life. He began coaching gymnastics
in 1984. He has worked
with all ages of
children and has coached competitive level
gymnasts to
the national level. Tom was
part of the Master Staff at Woodward
International Gymnastics Camp in
Pennsylvania for four years where he
worked
with many U.S. National Team members and
coaches. In 1989,
Tom was instrumental in
the design and management of World Cup
Gymnastics in Chappaqua, New York, which at
the time was the largest
facility of its
kind in Westchester County, New York.
From 1991 to 1996, Tom worked as a golf
professional, first in Miami,
and then in
New York. For three years Tom was the Head
Teaching
Professional at Fenway Golf Club in
Scarsdale, New York. In addition to
golf,
Tom also enjoys competing in Triathlons. In
1999, he competed a
Half Iron Man Triathlon.
Tom is married to Donna Moretti and together
they have two daughters,
Jocelyn and Tenley
and a son Michael. |

Donna Moretti
Owner, Coach, Team Director
Donna is originally from Des Moines. A
graduate of Hoover High School
and the
University of Iowa with a B.S. in
Fitness/Wellness, Donna has
been involved in
gymnastics most of her life. She competed
for five years
and has been coaching and
judging gymnastics since 1985.
Donna has coached in Des Moines, Iowa City,
Miami and Westchester
County, N.Y., where
she met her husband, Tom. Donna has worked
with
all levels of competitive gymnasts, and
while in New York she worked with former
Olympians and national coaches from Romania
and China.
Donna loves the sport of gymnastics for its
beauty and for all the ways
children can
benefit from it. Strength, confidence and
discipline are
qualities Donna developed
from gymnastics and she hopes to help other
children have the same positive experience
through the sport.
Donna is married to Tom Moretti and together
they have two daughters,
Jocelyn and Tenley
and a son Michael. |

Holly
Wengert
Operations
Manager
Physical Kids Gymnastics Director
Holly is
originally from Atlantic, Iowa and has
worked at Triad since 1998. She has a
B.S. in Physical Education from the
University of Iowa. Holly has been
involved in
gymnastics for several years
both as a gymnast and coach. Before
coming to Triad, Holly was the head coach
for the Iowa GymStars in Iowa
City.
Holly has extensive competitive as well as
recreational coaching
experience gained
while in college and afterwards here at
Triad. Although
she has been seen
mainly in the office for the last couple of
years, she
loves the sport of gymnastics and
enjoys passing that interest off to the
students here at Triad.
Holly and her husband Andy live in Bondurant with their sons, Ethan
and
Owen. Holly enjoys
traveling, scrapbooking, spending time with
friends
and just keeping busy. |

Stephanie Kipling
Triad Manager, Triad Learning Center
Director, Triad Kid Care Director
Stephanie is originally from Dyersville,
Iowa. She moved to Des Moines
in 1994.
Stephanie graduated from Northeast Iowa
Community College
with a degree in Early
Childhood Education. She also spent a year
at the
University of Northern Iowa studying
Early Childhood Education.
Stephanie has been with Triad since 2000 in
many different capacities.
She began at
Triad as the director of our preschool
gymnastics program
and continued in that
position for 5 years. Upon completion of
our new
facility in 2005 Stephanie began
directing and teaching in our newly started
educational preschool. Currently she
directs all of our educational programs
including the preschool, Triad’s after
school program and also our summer camp
program. Stephanie
currently co-manages
Triad with Holly Wengert and they are
responsible
for the day to day operations of
the facility.
Stephanie has worked with young children for
many years. She was the
Director at the
Community Preschool-Daycare in Dyersville.
Since moving
to Des Moines, Stephanie spent
three years running a Daycare/Preschool
out
of her home. Stephanie has spent many hours
volunteering at her
older children's
school. Her gymnastics background comes
from her
years as a cheerleader and her
children's involvement in gymnastics here
at
Triad.
Stephanie enjoys boating, swimming, and
spending time with her three
children, Adam,
Allyson and McKenzi.

Jason
Wymer
Tumbling and USAG Coach
Jason is
originally from Urbandale, IA. He has
been
a gymnast since 1985. During his
junior year of High School, he was the
Class
II state champion. He was also a
member of the last Big 8 Iowa
State Men's
gymnastic team. In 1997 he received
his B.S. in Child
Psychology.
He joined the staff at Triad in 1998.
Since then he has coached national
champions
and NCAA Division I gymnasts. He has
also traveled to the
U.S.O.T.C. in Colorado
Springs, CO and has been part of the Region
IV
Boys Camp in Lake Owen, WI.
Jason has worked for health clubs as a
fitness counselor and trainer.
There
he worked with many Olympians. When he
isn't coaching,
Jason loves spending time
with his family and friends. |

Amy
Berger
Gym
Bugs Director, Open Gym Director
Amy is originally from Omaha, Nebraska.
Prior to relocating to Ankeny
in 2001, she
worked as a corporate trainer and personnel
manager in the
insurance and data management
industries. Amy now manages a
household of
three young children; Madison, Ellie, and
Ben and husband
Dave.
Amy grew up
participating in gymnastics and always loved
watching the
team girls. She returned to
her love of the sport following her
children’s
involvement in various programs
at the Triad Kid’s Campus. Amy has
served
as Triad’s Open Gym Director since 2006, and
in August of 2007
was promoted to the
Director of GymBugs.
Outside of
Triad, Amy is actively involved with her
church, enjoys sewing
and handbag design,
and working on a never-ending list of home
improvement projects with her husband.

Suzanne Phipps
Dance Instructor
Suzanne has been teaching dance for 18
years.
She is a graduate of Dance
Masters: Dance Teacher Training School.
Suzanne is certified to teach ballet, tap,
jazz and acrobatics by Dance
Masters of
America. She also has two years of
collegiate dance training.
Suzanne was
the owner of "Show-Me Dance Academy" while
living in
Missouri and has been working with
Triad's USAG team members for
the past few
years.
Suzanne lives in Ankeny with her husband,
Jim, and their four children:
Morgan,
Meredith, Maggie and Carson. |

Susan
Sheeks
Birthday Party Director
Susan was born and raised in Ankeny. She
graduated from the University
of Northern
Iowa with a B.A. in Elementary Education
with a Special
Education Emphasis. Susan
has taught at Sergent Bluff-Luton
Elementary, Berg Middle School in Newton,
and is presently teaching
fourth grade at
Aurora Heights Elementary in Newton.
Susan is married to Mike Sheeks and has two
children, Tim and Kelsey.
Kelsey's
involvement in gymnastics at Triad has been
Susan's best
education about what a
gymnast's life entails.
Susan's hobbies include spending time with
her family, playing basketball
and learning
how to play golf. |

Holly
Watters
Junior Team Director
Holly grew up north of Bondurant and
attended Bondurant-Farrar High
School.
She has a B.S. in Agricultural Business from
Iowa State
University.
Growing up,
Holly competed as a USAG gymnast for several
years.
She loves the sport of
gymnastics and believes it builds a solid
athletic
foundation for children.
Holly and her
husband, Matthew, live outside of Ankeny
with their three
daughters, Rachel, Nicole
and Allison. She enjoys spending time
with
her family and competing in adventure
races and triathlons with her
husband. |

Tanya
"Sissy" Banks
USAG
Team Coach
Sissy was born
in Tallahassee, Florida where she grew up
doing
gymnastics. She graduated from
high school in 1998 and accepted a
full
gymnastics scholarship to Iowa State
University. While at Iowa State.
she
was a 2 time Big 12 Bar Champion, Big 12
all-around champion,
and a 4 time national
qualifier. Her name is in the record
book more than
20 times. She graduated
in 2003 with a B.A. in Exercise and Sport
Science.
While
attending Iowa State, Sissy met husband Mike
Banks who played
football for Iowa State.
After they were married in 2003, they moved
to
Arizona where Mike played in the NFL.
Sissy was the head coach of the
optional
program at Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics for 1
year.
Sissy joined
Triad Gymnastics in the summer of 2006 where
she works
with the optional and compulsory
programs.
In her spare
time, she likes to workout and spend time
with her husband
and son, Michael.
